A number looks wrong

The most useful message on this site. Include the page URL, the figure you are looking at, and what you believe it should be — a source link helps most of all. Every source revises history, so a mismatch against a figure you saw elsewhere is worth reporting even when neither of us is sure which is right. See methodology first if the question is how a metric is defined; a good share of apparent errors are list-versus-sale or period-dating differences that are documented there.

A market or metric is missing

Coverage follows what the upstream sources publish, so some places genuinely have no data rather than missing data — but if a geography or series you expect is absent, tell me which and I will check whether it is a source gap or a bug. /health/ shows whether a source is simply late.

Press, research and data requests

The underlying JSON is public and documented in the methodology, so in most cases you can pull what you need directly and cite this site as the aggregator alongside the original publisher. If you need something the baked files do not cover, ask.

Please do not send confidential or personally identifying information — this is a statistics site and has no use for it. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, or investment advice, and I cannot advise on an individual transaction.
